Tyrone Tucker is defending himself in court on murder charges. He is accused along with Rory "Detroit" Wilson & John Travis Johnson for a murder & robbery that took place in Key West, Florida on Nov. 17, 2017. Both Wilson & Johnson took plea deals in exchange for proffer agreements implicating Franklin Tyrone Tucker.

Ty Tucker spent 6 years in jail prior to being bailed out by his Millionaires fiance Lauren Jenai, who happens to be a co-founder of CrossFit. Although previously offered a plea deal which would have amounted to time served, Tucker maintains his innocence and has chosen to forgo plea deal & instead represent himself Pro SE in court.
