There are a total of 24 Meditation Spots to find in Black Myth Wukong. The New West Zone has 5 Meditation Spots for you to find and meditate at. You will be given a free Spark (Skill Point) each time you meditate at one, so it's worth collecting them as you go through the game.
You can check which Meditation Spots you have and which ones you are missing by going to the "Journal" section of the pause menu and then scrolling down to "Meditation Spots".
