In this tutorial you will learn to use some procedures done in other tutorials of mine.
We are going to start out making a Glowing/Neon type of font that fits in well with shiny techy wallpapers.
We will then cover the basics of adding it onto a graphic and having fun with it using procedures used in previous tutorials of mine.
The font used in this tutorial is:

For the photo just use a stock photo of the sky and darken it a bit.
For brushes check out http://www.brushesdownload.com (I got to many brushes to remember who the author of the brush is)
