Requiem is a composition that explores the innermost depths of the soul and who we are at our core in a darkwave / cinematic music genre. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and allow this song to soothe your heart and mind in this emotional mindscape and ambient electronic music. Requiem reflects and conveys deep emotion while delving into pathways for healing during life’s most stressful moments.

This is the most ambitious and challenging piece I have ever written and recorded—and also the longest, at eight minutes and thirty-four seconds. Work on the composition began on January 13 and was finalized on February 6, 2026. While coping with chronic pain and mental health challenges at the time, music served as both an outlet and a conduit through which I could express my emotions and pain. This composition stands as the culmination of that process and a therapeutic means by which I cope with life.

My prayer is that you will find peace and solace while listening to Requiem, and perhaps even healing as well.
