CA 12000 Cricket bat-Complete transformation from damaged to ZS Re-engineered branding.
In this video, Zayan sports showing how they transformed old damaged CA 12000 plus cricket bat into New Cricket bat with ZS Re Engineered branding.
Following were damages on CA Plus 12000 Cricket bat:
1. Handle cane cracks.
2. Side edge compression cracks.
3. Side 5% area DE-laminated.
4. Complete dry.
5. Toe Piece completely came out.
6. Handle Thread damaged,
Work done on above.
1. Handle cane cracks repaired by applying chemical compound and pressed.
2. Compression cracks and DE-Lamination repaired by applying custom made Glue mixture with the help of Tape.
3. Oiled, Knocked by mallet hammer. (Not Machine)
4. Original Piece joint and wood dowel rod.
5. Handle shaped and re-threaded.
