Despite the ongoing protest, no government official has approached them to understand their grievances or offer a solution.
The dealers claim that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had previously assured them that their commission would be increased after the parliamentary elections, but this promise has not been fulfilled.
They face issues with the e-POS machines, stating that the 4G machines struggle with 5G networks, causing frequent server problems and disrupting distribution.
They also complain about the hassle and costs associated with the "paperless" system, which still requires them to pay "facilitation fees" to officials for verification.
Dealers allege that they are often targeted with false complaints and legal cases, leading to harassment and demands for bribes.

The dealers' primary demand is an increase in their commission rates to match those in other states like Gujarat, Delhi, or Bihar.
They plan to continue their protest until February 7th, awaiting a response from the government.
