Today I found a Setsubun Festival performance at the shrine that I passed to go to Nishiki Market. It was totally unplanned but I'm so glad I noticed it. They have demons who come into the shrine and then the people inside throw beans at them to cast them out. Then they burn wood in a bonfire. It was very cool to watch I especially loved all of the outfits. Afterwards I went to Nishiki Market to get some delicious food.
