Bangladesh Foresters Association (BFA) has added a new dimension to the discussion on the implementation of the 9th National Pay Scale.
The organization has proposed doubling the Eid bonus for government employees, increasing the house rent allowance to 60% of the basic salary, and setting the minimum salary at 35 thousand and the maximum at 1 lakh 40 thousand taka.
The organization has also demanded an increase in education allowance, medical allowance, tiffin allowance and Baisakhi allowance.
👉 The proposal also includes —
• Demand for the formation of a new pay commission every five years
• Pension to be increased by 100%
• Risk allowance for field level employees to be increased by 50%
• Compensation arrangements for those injured or killed in the line of duty
