Today we would like to introduce to you, Ms. Gail Smith. Ms. Smith is our DP Coordinator who has consistently led our DP faculty and students to exceptional results as they prepare for their university entrance.
Beyond this, though, Ms. Smith is a kind leader with strong character and a gentle spirit. As successful as she is in her role, she is known by all for her generous and gracious warmth in leadership. She is a woman of professionalism and strong faith. We are blessed to have had her in pivotal roles in our school since 2003.
Did you know that nearly 20% of our professional staff working in educational programs at TCIS have been with the school for MORE THAN 10 YEARS? That is a tremendous commitment to education and to this wonderful community. Most of these people are in positions of leadership within the school, working hard to shape our programs with years of experience and long-term vision.
