5–6 green beans, chopped

½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur)
