Got this for while my wife goes through chemo.. It comes with batteries but without any Purell gel, you have to purchase this separately.

The gel packs are not so cheap at almost £40 for two which really hikes up the price but, I'm very pleased.
The unit takes the 1.2 Liter packs of gel and dispenses just enough for a single use each time you place your hand underneath. It's such a small amount that each pack should last weeks, even months in a domestic setting..
