This series is completely different. We tune you in to actual earth frequencies, so your meditations will bring you closer to the heartbeat of Mother Nature. In this way, you will receive the greatest benefit from your meditative practice.

Tune in to the goodness of Mother Earth with these binaural beat meditations adjusted to the Schumann Resonance, sometimes referred to as the "earth's brainwaves". This video combines a Schumann Resonance of 3 Hz with the sound of peaceful ocean waves.

Stereo headphones are required to hear the binaural beats. This is a very low-frequency rhythm. It can bring you into a state of deep meditation. Please do not drive or perform any task that requires your full attention and alertness when listening to this track.
