This film is a shorter, 15 minute journey into the heart of rural Poland, filmed during my almost
2 week stay in a beautiful eco community in Podlasie. It was a time of total reset, no phone, no internet, just the rhythm of nature and good company.

In this part, you will experience:
🌿Forest Healing: A quiet walk among the trees with our dogs.
🌿Farm Life: Walking across golden fields to collect fresh milk from a nearby farm.
🌿The Sound of Peace: A total reset with grain sifting ASMR and the bliss of silence.
🌿 Clay Hut Living: Cooking a simple dinner together in a handmade clay house.
