Описание: Join us as we go looking for the holy grail of plateware with chef Neel (@neelkajale), head chef at Adda in NYC.

We end up at Noble Plateware, one of NYC's most beloved plateware studios, and link up with Stiliani Moulinos, the owner and head ceramist. Stiliani gives us a tour and helps Neel find a design that is going to spark the idea for a new dish.

Back in the kitchen, he runs a grilled prawn dish set over a house sauce of recheado paste and shrimp broth, finished with chives and fried garlic.
