CASE 1:

A popular Russian taxi application was attacked by hackers, sending hundreds of taxis to the same address in Moscow to halt services. The cyberattack led to a breakdown of the taxi service and a massive gridlock in Moscow. The traffic jam lasted for more than two hours. As a recourse, the company has improved the algorithm for detecting and preventing such attacks to prevent similar incidents in the future.

CASE 2:

The software used to schedule bus drivers and services of one of the UK’s biggest transport companies was affected by a cyber-attack. The company runs nearly a quarter of London’s buses and bus services in southern and eastern England. Due to the cyber incident, several back-office systems, including bus services and payroll software, were affected.
