Описание: Today Jo North talks with Dr Sara Riley who is both a medical practitioner and a relationships therapist.  Together they unpick the complexity of relationships in order to help the listener understand what they might expect in relationship counselling with the overall goal of a thriving relationship in which both parties can live their best lives together.  Sara tells us it’s a journey that with some thought and reflection can be a source of wonder and comfort rather than a trigger for stress.
