This is an earlier version of the food melody that would later be added to in 1984. This is also probably the only time I've seen Eat It included on the food melody, as I've usually seen it either as an entire song or in a different melody. My guess is maybe when Al released the song and he saw how big the song got he decided to make it its own separate song.
