Understanding that a coaches job is not to be accountable for your success. You are. And you can set yourself apart with doing your part. The keys in this video will help you understand how to stand out by taking responsibility for what you can control and not waiting for coaches to tell you what to do. All this is important in trying to make your high school basketball team.

Becoming a Varsity basketball player is more than just playing. You have to be able to understand what is needed to become a varsity player.
