Arc and Strand Surge
Good man @cxmfxrtable had already done this but helped me snag this while the surges were ideal for this, not really a damage check at all with the Uncivil Discourse Lucky Pants tech and was pretty straightforward mechanics wise as well, ideally just had to be Amplified as you get torn for the Speed Booster to hit the Toland but you can still reach it without it anyways with things like Stompees and Enhanced Athletics etc.
