Ingredients
1- 2 cup maida
2- 1/2 tbs ajwain
3- 1/2 tbsp black til
4- 1/2 tbsp of salt
5- 4 tbsp of oil
6- water as required
7- oil to fry

Methi Khasta Mathri recipe
1- In a mixing bowl add 2 cup maida, 1/2 tbsp of ajwain, 1/2 tbsp of black til, 1/2 tbsp of salt and 4 tbsp of oil

2- Add little water and make semi tight dough, keep it on rest for 10 minutes

3- After 10 mins, make a small piece from the dough and flatter it with both hands

4- Deep fry the mathri on low flame till it becomes crispy and golden brown from all sides

5- Your yummy delicious and tasty khasta methi mathri is ready to enjoy with tea and coffee. Enjoy
