➡️ Afternoon Fatigue Fighting Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
2 scoops of Protein powder (at least 30-35g)
10 oz Nit milk
1/4 c. Cashews; OR 1 tbsp Nut butter
1/2 c. Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Banana (fresh or frozen)
Dash cinnamon
METHOD:
Blitz in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy :)
