It’s been a long time, and I'm so happy to be back with this January 2026 Realistic Bullet Journal Setup.

Life has been a little busy, so I’ve moved away from daily tracking to focus more on Memory Keeping and Monthly Highlights. This is a Minimalist and Realistic journaling style for anyone who wants to preserve memories without the pressure of journaling every day.

For me, journaling is a form of healing ❤️
Playing with stickers and washi tapes makes me really happy, and I hope this Aesthetic Journaling video brings you the same peace.
