In this options video I walk through 3 tips for trading options in a bear market. With markets selling off in a big way the last few weeks, we are seeing many retail traders getting nervous of the volatility. Financial media is trying to push the fear narrative to get people out of the market when in reality there is a massive opportunity for those that can stay disciplined to their trading system.

I start by covering some big picture market thoughts with key levels to watch on the S&P 500 for next week. I then cover our recent trade performance numbers going back to when the market volatility really started to pick up. I did this not to pat myself on the back but to show what opportunity is there when trading options in a bear market.
