✨ INGREDIENTS ✨
🍌 3 small ripe bananas
🥛 3/4 cup milk
🌴 8 dates (soaked)
🌾 1 cup ragi flour
🧈 3 tablespoons ghee
🥄 1 teaspoon baking powder
🥄 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
🌼 Vanilla essence (optional)
🥜 Nuts for topping (cashews, almonds, walnuts)
✨ PREPARATION METHOD ✨
🔸 Add soaked dates, bananas and milk into a blender
🔸 Blend everything into a smooth puree
🔸 Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl
🔸 Add ragi flour, baking powder and baking soda
🔸 Mix gently without over mixing
🔸 Add ghee and vanilla essence, mix well
🔸 Pour the batter into a greased cake tin
🔸 Sprinkle nuts evenly on top
🔸 Bake at 170°C for 30 to 40 minutes
🔸 Insert a toothpick to check doneness
🔸 Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing
