This video explores refashioning an old and damaged pair of tights/stockings into a bralette.
To make your own you will need:
a bralette pattern like Jordy by @emeralderin
a pair of old tights/holdups
fold over elastic
band elastic
closures (hooks and eyes or a zipper)
strap elastic
rings and sliders
sewing machine

walking foot
cuppa
