Описание: A few weeks ago, I got hit by an ad on instagram for a rental property at 1 Ocean Drive at Coney Island. The location is far from the heart of the city but the view and luxury of living right next to the beach with all that magnificent view from your window and balcony is simply irresistible. I simply had to check it out with my own eyes!

The units are truly incredible and I would say that viewing it in person is EVEN BETTER than any pictures they took and posted online. I hope you guys enjoy this video and if you're in NYC too and looking for a new place to move, you might just want to give this building a tour and consideration as well! Honestly, between LIC and Coney Island, it's now a tough fight all because of this building!! URGH.
