Thanks go to Wirral Council for filming and broadcasting this.
This was broadcast by Wirral Council as a test of their webcasting/recording equipment/microphones set up in the theatre at the Floral Pavilion in New Brighton for when social distanced public meetings of Wirral Council return to being in person (at the time of publication on 12th May 2021 the first public meeting is scheduled for the 19th May 2021).
