Nauti Jade takes me out for another adventure on the Hawkesbury River system. We launched the boat at Apple Tree Bay, headed up Cowan Creek, and made our way toward the start of Pittwater. We set up off the headland called West Head. What began as only bait turned into a nice full esky of fish. After all the recent rain, there was plenty of dirt and debris in the water, which ultimately probably helped us as the fishing near the entrance, where the water was cleaner, paid off.
