This Feldenkrais lesson of the series #FeldenkraisHeals - one lesson at a time is all about the shoulders.
The shoulders are the most flexible joint in the body.
They also are the most complicated joint with regard to their function and this is one of the reasons injuries/issues in the shoulders may hang around for a long time, so let's take good care of them!
Do you know the expression: 'She's carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders'?
Our shoulders take a lot of the stresses of life and they are usually overworked with our daily chores - always carrying weight: the shopping and the handbags.
So it is no surprise that a lot of people live with some kind of tension or issue in the shoulder area.
What this lesson can do for you:
Release tension in the shoulder and neck areas
Improve range of mobility in the shoulder joint
