Our school was enveloped in patriotic fervor as we celebrated the 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event commenced with the ceremonial hoisting of the national flag by the Managing Director, Mrs. Gagan Jyot Mann, and the school Coordinators Ms Nitu Sethi and Ms Shital Sethi.
The entire gathering stood in respect as the national anthem was sung with pride, filling the atmosphere with deep reverence for the nation.
The students of Grades 4 and 5 then performed a soul-stirring patriotic song that echoed their love for the motherland. This was followed by a delightful dance mashup by the kindergarten students, bringing smiles and applause from the audience.
Students from Grades 4 and 5 presented a skit and a series of dances on patriotic songs that depicted the struggles and sacrifices that led to India's independence.
The celebration concluded with inspiring speeches by the teachers, students, and Managing Director reminding everyone of the significance of this day and our duty to uphold the values of freedom and progress of our beloved nation.
