"A bicycle dismantled...a life retrieved." The story of a broken-spirited Japanese man in Tokyo whose precious bicycle is stolen piece-by-piece and decides to break out of his shell to rebuild it.

"THE SHORT LIST" is curated by ANDERSON LE, artistic director for both the Hawaii International Film Festival and the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival.
