Sarciado ingredients:
2 lbs chicken, cut into serving pieces
4 pieces tomatoe ripe, sliced
2 ounces tomato paste (optional)
3/4 cup green peas
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
5 pieces dried bay leaves
1 piece onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste
