Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin - 3 tsp
Green chilly - 2-3 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
Basmati rice - 2 cup (soaked in water for 15-20 minutes)
Water - 3 cup
Salt - 1.5 tsp, as per the tase
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
