If Taiwan “suffers militarily” the whole world will feel the impact, according to Taiwan’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Joseph Wu.
“Taiwan has a tremendous value in the international community,” Mr Wu said.
“China is trying to expand itself, and after Hong Kong many people think that Taiwan is the next target of the Chinese government.
“We certainly hope that the like-minded partners would pay more attention to the situation Taiwan is in, so they can show support for Taiwan whenever it is necessary.”
