A great workout for you to try - not for the faint hearted.
Super-sets working the entire body.
Minimal equipment required:
Dumbbells can be replaced with water bottles
Kettle Bells can be replaced with dumbbells (or water bottles)
You could leave out the banded exercises and replace squat row with low squat hold only
