Dowie’s MTB and Shutcastle MTB discovering new trails at FOD |

Описание: Please join me as I ride Dowie’s MTB trails and Shutcastle MTB trails at FOD, the Forest of Dean, exploring off-piste trails at FOD I’ve never ridden before, and finding new ways to and from the MTB trails as my friend recovers from a recent MTB injury. ❤️‍🩹

I’m riding with the lovely Darren from Church of Dirt 😊 as he recovers from a rather nasty Whoopsie-Daisy crash at Dyfi bike park recently, which damaged his shoulder. ❤️‍🩹

As he regains his confidence and becomes stronger, I am very pleased to be with him on this journey, just as many of my friends have supported me through my numerous MTB accidents. 😊 Therefore, we are heading to some off-piste trails at Dowie’s and Shutcastle. These are gentler off-piste routes, not the extreme drops or challenging trails, in the hope of allowing Darren to improve in his recovery progress. ❤️‍🩹
