Trying to finish the whole of The John Muir Way I decided on a shorter section from Cramond to Edinburgh city centre.
The walk didn’t take a direct route but instead snaked it’s way through sections of parkland following some of the Water of Leith Walkway and The Union Canal. It took 12-13 miles to reach the end of the section.
I’d planned a 2 night trip away in the van so after our walk I headed to Dunbar to park up for the night and spend the next day being a tourist.
