Hi, I’m Elle, a PT, Yoga Instructor, Pilates instructor and pole enthusiast from London. I love the benefits that movement can bring to mental health.
I have been working for a charity for the past 6 years, managing and teaching at their health & wellbeing facility.
I am currently studying a Masters in Psychology alongside work so I can hopefully dive a little deeper into something I am so passionate about - moving the body to improve mental health.

Ensure there is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, equipment and other hazards – a minimum of four square metres per person.
-Ensure any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed.
-Ensure the surrounding floor space is entirely clear to remove any hazards that may increase the risk of slips,
trips or falls.
-Ensure there are no distractions throughout the duration of the session
-Ensure there is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration.
