The electrical and thermoelectric properties of materials play a key role in many applications. For semiconductors, thermoelectric materials, and 2D materials, band gap information alone is often insufficient to fully understand charge transport and thermoelectric performance. Thermoelectric property calculations are crucial because they allow us to analyze both charge transport and heat transport behaviors.
