Modifications:
I scaled it down to 0.25, centered the pivot to bottom, rotated Z by 90°, and baked the transform in Modeling Mode.
➤ Modeling Mode: XForm → Edit Pivot → Center → Bottom → Z rotation = 90 → Accept → Bake Transform.
