AQUATIC BODYWORK
Experience gentle, floating movements in warm water.
Being floated into deep relaxation.
Letting go of all tension in arms, shoulders, neck, legs & torso.
Someone holding you.
Just being with you.
Moving, stretching your body.
While gentle waves of warm water caressing you.
