These individual flameless ration heater are a quick & easy method to cooking any boil in-a-bag camping meals. Just add a little bit of water into the bag & wait 12 minutes. Ideal for Duke of Edinburgh award.

Instructions for use:
1. Tear the flameless ration heater bag open at notch at top of bag. Insert unopened meal pouch in the sleeve.
2. Add water to the bag up to the fill line near the bottom of the bag (40ml)
3. Fold bag over meal so the heater is under the meal, secure with the tab and lay the bag down.
4. After 12 minutes the meal will be ready to eat.
5. Tear where indicated and remove the meal pouch - Caution, contents will be very hot!
6. Enjoy your hot ready meal.
