But instead of sending the money, I tracked down the real “money mule,” who turned out to be another one of their victims, and warned her about the scam.

In this follow-up video, the scam becomes even more elaborate. Peter Goodman’s boss and mentor — David Sayers, posing as the Executive Director of the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes Commission — steps in to try and close the deal. The only problem? That “commission” doesn’t exist, and the real Dave Sayers retired from Publishers Clearing House years ago.
