Meet my 'Mildly Dirty' pouring cup 😉

Good morning! In this piece, we will discuss how the way you layer your pouring cup makes a lot of difference in how the painting looks. I've come up with what I'm calling a Mildly Dirty pouring cup, because it combines two techniques, the Dirty cup and the layered cup, giving you the best of both worlds.. it's pretty cool, I hope you give it a try!
The colors used in this piece are Liquitex Basics Burnt Umber, DecoArt 24K Gold and Antique Brass mixed, Metallic Cobalt Blue, Cream and Golden's Iridescent Copper. This is a beautiful rich palette, the Metallic Cobalt Blue really plays beautifully against the dramatic dark Brown and Gold.
My paints were mixed with Liquitex pouring medium and some water, then I added a squirt of Liquitex High Gloss Varnish to them as well.
