Описание: Our patient, who has had palpitations, arhythmia and heart compression complaints for the last 10 years, was diagnosed with Pectus Excavatum (Funnel Chest) at a depth of 5.5 cm in the examination, which is asymmetrical in depth and presses on the right ventricle and atrium of the heart. After the surgery preparation, our patient underwent a successful Nuss Surgery with 3 bars and 3 stabilizer. The patient, who was taken to his own room on the day of surgery, was mobilized the next day and reduced his painkillers to a minimum for 4 days. He was discharged 5 days after surgery. He started working 2 weeks after the operation. Cardiac complaints that were present before the operation completely resolved.
