Описание: This is based on a true story and over 45 years ago, in 1978, two young Hmong lovers found themselves caught in the turmoil of the Vietnam War. Their families had fled their homeland, seeking refuge in a small camp called Nam Nyaus, located in Thailand. Amid the uncertainty and challenges of their new life, the couple fell deeply in love, their hearts intertwining with dreams of a future together. They spoke of marriage, envisioning a life filled with hope and happiness, despite the chaos surrounding them.

However, their blissful moments were abruptly interrupted when the girl’s parents made the difficult decision to move back to the border of Thailand and Laos. The news shattered their world. They were both heartbroken, unable to fathom a life apart. Their last moments together were filled with tears, promises, and whispered hopes as they clung to each other, knowing that fate was pulling them in different directions.

As time passed, the boy found himself consumed by loneliness, missing her more than words could express. A year went by without any news of her, and in his despair, he reluctantly began dating another girl.
