For the GRVC Robotics Lab, 2025 has been a year full of accomplishments: dozens of academic articles published in scientific journals, nearly 80 appearances in national and international press news, participation in major conferences such as ICRA, ICUAS, and IROS, among others, the kick-off of STRATOLASER and the culmination of other projects with successful results.
All this without forgetting the human factor that makes the work in the laboratory possible, as we have also celebrated the incorporation of our director, Anibal Ollero, into the Real Academia Sevillana de Ciencias (RASC) and his appointment as Doctor Honoris Causa by the University of Malaga, in addition to the presentation of the PhD thesis by Ambar Garofano, Antonio González, Raúl Tapia and Ernesto Sánchez-Laulhé.
