Thank you all for watching my review on the Elf Hydrating Core Lip Shine. Add me on Instagram: AskCandace Each lip balm retails for $6 online. There are 8 different shades to choose from. The formula feels soft and hydrating on the lips but it has a chemical scent like play makeup or playdoh When I first applied the shade in "Happy" I can smell the chemical scent I wore the shade "Happy" for an entire day it does transfer, I had to reapply but the scent faded.
