On December 6, 2025, a HotA Crew spokesman attended the Game Developers Session (GDS) in Prague, delivering a talk titled "Behind the Scenes: Developing the Factory for HoMM 3". It aimed to unveil behind-the-scenes stories from the development process of the long-awaited Factory faction, inspired by steampunk & blending together technology and nature. The talk covers multiple topics, ranging from art and design, music and sound, to single- and multiplayer experience. The following video is an adaptation of its contents.
