Описание: The Samuel Smith Brewery located in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, England has been family owned and operated since 1758 and still uses stone "Yorkshire Squares" to ferment ales and stouts and stores its draught beer in oak casks. Sam Smith's still employs a cooper to build and repair casks and still delivers barrels locally by horse and wagon. John Staunton of Merchant du Vin, the American importer of Sam Smith's and Mike Misseri of Rampant Brands tell the story of the brewery making "craft" beer since 1758.
